Nothing in particular. They didn’t have a car ready so we waited almost an hour. Then we got the BS bait and switch with insurance. Quote on line did not indicate need for insurance, then agent would not release car unless we purchased insurance. Standard foreigner upcharge.Cons:

Cons:
Very poor customer service. Had car 1 day and it left me stranded. Clutch damage seems to be issue and agency wants to charge me for it. They also want to charge me for full rental and gas (which I was unable to fill because car broke down). Terrible customer service upon return. This was a terrible experience overall!10.0 Wonderful

If the branch moves, this should also be communicated on the Internet! When we arrived in Panama City we had to go to two old addresses before we found the current address at 7 p.m.keddy by Europcar
