Cons:
I picked a Toyota rav 4 to reserve it online for only one way trip but when I got there in Hayward to pickup the Toyota RAV4 the lady said you are late & we cannot hold the vehicle after 1 hr of opening , so the lady offered 5 vehicles left to choose from , they are family vans & luxury cars , they are more money to rent , on the spot had to pay more to rent the vehicle. Picked up the van it was dirty . I paid $163. Just for one day rental plus refundable $200. For insurance. Quite expensive if I say wouldn’t u think . I asked if there was a discount, the lady said no . So is it my fault because I am an hour late to pick up the car? They did not mention in their website to pick-up on time and they will not hold the vehicle. Really, I had such a horrible experience with this company. I don’t recommend to anyone.2.0 Poor
