There were some electrical issues wrong with the jeep that I rented which caused me to be unable to charge my phone on a camping trip. It turned out to be a bit of an issue. I guess that's what I get for upgrading.10.0 Wonderful

called for emergency help and got disconnected 3x after over an hour on hold. needed to replace the car after a 10 hour ordeal with my wife and I in a tow truck in the opposite direction of our destination taking away 10 hours from my business trip. all due to a faulty steering column that no tech support person could fix. UGH!!! awful and I am 60 years old and this never happened before in leasing cars since I was 25.2.0 Poor

I reserved a luxury vehicle almost 2 weeks in advance. I followed up with the store multiple times before my arrival to make sure they had something available. I was flying in from Arizona and was renting a car to drive back. The only car they had to offer me was a 4 cyl compact suv. That was not what I reserved. They were rude, unprofessional. Cons:
After about 100 miles of driving the oil change sensor went off. A few days later the washer fluid ran out. Neither were a big deal but the alerts were somewhat annoying. Will rent again though! Very happy with our rental!10.0 Wonderful
