I had to go to a different location to pick up the vehicle than where I booked it. The vehicle was filthy and had very little fuel ,less than a quarter tank and no windshield washer fluid.8.0 Very good

Smelled like stale ashtray. The rental office I was dropped off was not staffed. Had to wait for pickup which took 15 mins. Then wasn’t told I could drop the rental at the dealership.8.0 Very good

I was offered a different car and the seats were not conforming to people who are short,therefore my neck and back developed cramps. I drove with these cramps during the whole1200 mile journey. the lady at the desk was over the top in making my experience a good one. She washed the car, vacuumed it out and made me happy. She had a great "can do" attitudeCons:
