The bad part was 2 hour delay and we were seating in the airplane it was getting hot and uncomfortable But after they fixed the problem everything went so smooth Crew were amazing very nice polite and caring

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.
Both flights were late for what appeared to be the airline’s not having the planes ready. Arrived over 6 hours late.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible
Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!
Efficient boarding process. Staff are nice. Food should be better.
Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.
You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.
