All in all the flight was good. Love the fact that for airline food it was piping hot

Seating cramped; close to toilet, foul smelling and noisy, very unhygienic and disease risk Free and paid Wi-Fi NOT accessible at all - misleading advertising Very expensive sunglasses disappeared from back seat pouch. Coffee disgusting and cold
The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.
Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline
They close their counter so early. I had internet issues so I couldn’t check In online . I would have made the flight but their counter was closed 5 minutes before we arrived. No way of contacting them even though I had the confirmation number and tried to check in the night before on someone else’s phone. I tried calling their customer service with no pick up. Horrible experience, I’m very unhappy with them. I hope to never fly with them ever again. It costed me almost $900.
The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.
Left hr late & arrived 1hr late luggage was slow to be offloaded! The flight crew & food were good! Movie selection was ok!
Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
